ASTROLOGICAL LIFE COACHING

Life Coaching is a process to help you change your negative behaviour patterns in order to move forward in a positive way to achieve your goals.  It is all about empowering you as an individual, because every one of us has amazing latent talents that are just crying out to be acknowledged and utilised.  Because your Birth Chart is a snap shot of the planets at the moment of your birth, it is an invaluable tool for helping you understand yourself and also will likely explain where you may have ease or difficulty of living.

Before our first session I will email you a form for completion, outlining your current situation and aims for the future; I will also need your birth details.  Then in our initial 'meeting' (either by 'phone or in person) your goals will be discussed and prioritised and you will then agree to a course of action and possible challenges which will be reviewed in our follow up discussions.  The coaching you receive will be tailored to your needs and will be totally unique and personal to you.
