The world as we know it is changing faster than we can comprehend, structures and organisations are disintegrating and crumbling around us daily on a global basis plus there have been some major disasters both natural and man made. Conflicts throughout the Middle East and Africa could escalate into something bigger and potentially earth shattering if left to run their course. We are fast approaching a point of no return, when just like a house of cards everything we know and are familiar with will collapse. We need like minded people to help build a web of understanding across the globe through joining together to draw down universal energy on a regular basis so it can be poured back into the earth. Planet Healing Meditation 20.00 Local Time Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths, and each time you breathe out feel yourself getting more and more relaxed. Visualise beautiful Planet Earth - see the oceans and the land Now, way up in the universe you can see a spot of light Draw it down slowly towards you and see it getting bigger and bigger Feel it entering you through the top of your head Draw it down through your body, down your arms and through your hands And now visualise that wonderful universal healing light pouring out of your hands and direct it to wherever on earth you feel it is needed Stay with this for a few minutes And then bring yourself back to your normal surroundings. Become aware of the chair that you're sitting on and the floor beneath your feet, and when you're ready, open your eyes
